1. General Overview

This travel insurance policy is designed to provide comprehensive coverage for unexpected events during your trip, including medical emergencies and fraud protection. By purchasing this policy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Medical Emergency Coverage

  • Scope of Coverage: This policy covers emergency medical expenses incurred as a result of accidents or sudden illness during your trip.

    • Hospitalization and medical treatments.
    • Emergency medical evacuation if necessary and recommended by medical professionals.
    • Repatriation of the insured to their home country if medical conditions require it.

    • Non-emergency treatments or elective surgeries.
    • Injuries caused by reckless behavior, including but not limited to drug or alcohol use.

3. Fraud Protection Coverage

  • Scope of Coverage: This policy provides protection against financial losses caused by fraudulent transactions or scams experienced during the insured’s trip.

    • Compensation for unauthorized charges made on credit or debit cards while traveling.
    • Coverage for losses due to scams related to accommodations, transportation, or activities booked during the trip.
    • Legal assistance in cases of fraud-related disputes, as specified in the policy.

    • Fraudulent activities or negligence caused by the insured.
    • Losses not reported to the insurance provider or local authorities within the stipulated time frame.

4. Claims Process

  • Reporting Requirements:
    • All claims must be reported to the insurance provider within 30 days of the incident.
    • For medical emergencies, a copy of medical records, receipts, and treatment details must be submitted.
    • For fraud-related claims, documentation such as proof of unauthorized transactions, police reports, and communication with the service provider is required.

5. Policy Duration

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Governing Law
