Through a point accumulation system based on the frequency of bookings and the type of services contracted, customers can access exclusive benefits in three membership levels: Adventurer, Explorer, and Ambassador.

How It Works:

  1. Point Accumulation:
    • Customers earn points for every purchase made with our agency. Every $1,000 COP spent equals 1 point.
    • Points can be earned through:
      • Booking tours.
      • Contracting personalized experiences.
      • Referring new customers (both earn points).
      • Purchases made at affiliated shops during trips.
  2. Membership Levels:
    • The program has three levels that offer increasing benefits based on customer loyalty. These levels are determined by the number of points accumulated in a calendar year.

Program Operation:
