General Overview:

The "Explore Colombia and Earn" loyalty program is designed to reward customers who choose our MPTutum for enjoy unique experiences. Through a point accumulation system based on the frequency of bookings and the type of services contracted, customers can access exclusive benefits in three membership levels: Adventurer, Explorer, and Ambassador.

How It Works:

  1. Point Accumulation:
    • Customers earn points for every purchase made with our agency. Every $1,000 COP spent equals 1 point.
    • Points can be earned through:
      • Booking tours.
      • Contracting personalized experiences.
      • Referring new customers (both earn points).
      • Purchases made at affiliated shops during trips.
  2. Membership Levels:
    • The program has three levels that offer increasing benefits based on customer loyalty. These levels are determined by the number of points accumulated in a calendar year.

Customer Categories and Benefits:

1. Adventurer (0 - 999 points)

  • Requirement: Automatic entry upon registering for the program or accumulating fewer than 1,000 points.
  • Benefits:
    • 5% discount on all domestic tour bookings.
    • Access to exclusive offers during low seasons.
    • Free registration for cultural events or workshops organized by the agency.
    • 50 bonus points for referring new customers.

2. Explorer (1,000 - 4,999 points)

  • Requirement: Accumulate between 1,000 and 4,999 points.
  • Benefits:
    • 10% discount on domestic tours and 7% on international tours.
    • Access to personalized experiences, such as private guides or VIP tours.
    • Free airport transfers within operated destinations.
    • Double point accumulation during special promotions.
    • 100 bonus points for referring new customers.

3. Ambassador (5,000+ points)

  • Requirement: Accumulate more than 5,000 points.
  • Benefits:
    • 15% discount on domestic tours and 10% on international tours.
    • Automatic accommodation upgrades, subject to availability.
    • Free access to premium events and exclusive activities in select destinations.
    • Priority booking during high seasons.
    • 200 bonus points for referring new customers.
    • Personalized travel planning assistance through a dedicated line.

Program Operation:

  1. Registration:
    • Customers can register for free through the agency's website or at physical offices.
  2. Point Tracking:
    • Accumulated points and membership level can be checked through an online platform, accessible from the website or a mobile app.
    • Points are valid for 18 months.
  3. Redeeming Benefits:
    • Customers can redeem their points for discounts on future trips, products from the online store, or special experiences such as dinners at local restaurants.
    • They can also choose to accumulate points for access to higher-value benefits.
